Continuous improvement is an ongoing pursuit at Electronic Craftsmen, and we are fortunate to have Otilia Vandici, M.Eng. guiding the way as our Quality Manager.
Otilia holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. She has earned Certifications as both a Process Quality Engineer and an AS9100 Lead Auditor as well as being designated a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
In addition to valuable work experience with Com Dev International (Honeywell), Raytheon and other notable manufacturers, Otilia’s skills include mechanical design in an automotive environment, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), CAD, reliability testing and numerous other hands-on capabilities.
Otilia has a high regard for excellence not only in her work but also in our service and products. With her effective communication style, her ability to manage adversity and her capacity to guide others to take action and organize, she works closely with our team to streamline our processes and increase efficiencies.
Otilia brings this level of skill and attitude to our team at Electronic Craftsmen, enhancing our legacy as a world-class manufacturer of custom transformers and inductors.
